Please read the following terms before you complete the application.
By submitting the application, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these terms.
DATES:
Attendance at all four sessions is required to complete the course.
Each session will run for ten days:
Module I: February 23 - March 5, 2026
Module II: November 2 - November 12, 2026
Module III: February 15 - February 25, 2027
Module IV: November 1 - November 11, 2027
The first session of the Pope Leo XIII Institute will begin on the evening of Tuesday, February 23, 2026, with dinner at 5pm. It will conclude by noon on Friday, March 5, 2026. Each session thereafter will begin on Monday evening and conclude by noon on Thursday.
FEES:
There will be four 10-day sessions.
Fees for each session:
Registration Fee: $1,400.00
Room and Board at USML Conference Center: $1,800.00
All fees are to be paid to Pope Leo XIII Institute. Full payment is expected at the time of registration; if a different payment plan is necessary, please contact us at 847-281-7074 to speak with our Treasurer.
Please note that if you do not attend one of the modules, the $3,200.00 is still owed in order to cover the costs of speakers, recordings, and facilitators. If you miss two out of the four modules, you will not be able to complete the course.
The deadline to complete the application is December 31, 2025.
