Where: 2025 Summer Conference will be held at the following location:
                
             University of St. Mary of the Lake Conference Center
             1000 E. Maple Ave
             Mundelein, IL 60060

Travel Dates: Arrive August 3th USML room check-in after 4:00pm. Please note that the Conference ends on August 8th at 11:30 AM on the last day.

Airport: The closest airport to USML is O'Hare International Airport (ORD). This is a 45 min car ride without traffic.

Transportation: Each attendee is responsible to book their own transportation from the airport to the university and back again at the end of the Conference.

Ask to be dropped off in the PURPLE PARKING LOT.  The conference center lodging is situated next to the Purple Lot.

Parking: If you plan to travel by car, there is parking available in the Purple Parking Lot. When you arrive, follow the drive through the campus, keeping left at all the forks, until you reach the sign for the "Purple Lot" on the right.  (You may see the water tower at the top of the hill, through the trees.) Please park here. 

Arrival Time: Dinner will be served on the first day between 5:00 - 7:00 PM. If possible, please plan your travel to arrive by dinner time on August 4th.

Check-In: Check-In will begin at 4PM on the first day of the Confernce and contiue until 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm, your room key will be left out for you. 

Check-Out: All participants must check-out of their rooms by 9:00 AM on the last day. There is an option to store your luggage if your flight does not leave until later in the day.
